Free shipping on all domestic orders

Domestic orders will arrive between 5-10 business days using USPS Priority Mailing. Tracking numbers will be sent once your order has shipped.

International orders will arrive between 7-15 business days using USPS First Class Mail International. Tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.

Rates for international shipping will vary based on location.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to refresh on the USPS site.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Art

All art sales are final. If there is a problem with your art order, such as damages in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. If approval of return is met, all art should be returned within 7-10 business days. A claim for damages incurred during shipment will be submitted to USPS (photos are necessary for this process.) This important step will ensure an expedited refund.

Beach + Scarves + Accessories

Refunds and exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receiving the item(s) excluding return shipping costs. If there is a problem with your order please contact me at tirinda@cur8home.com. If approval of return is met, your item should be sent back/postmarked within 3 days after receiving.

FRAMES

We sell prints only. Framing is not available at this time.

Art displayed on our website may vary depending on your device and/or monitor setting. T Hix Art cannot guarantee that the image color displayed on screens will accurately match the color of the actual artwork viewed on your devices.

BACK ORDERS

SOLD OUT items on the site may be available for restock. If you would like to purchase an item with a “Sold Out” label please contact add your name to the “Wait List.” This will guarantee that you’ll be notified once the item is back in stock.

PRE ORDERS

For “Pre Order” items, please allow for 10-14 business days for your order to arrive.
